Austin Handyman & Other Services

If you're in the Austin, Texas area and need help with repairs, maintenance, installation, or general odd jobs, I'm available for hire. I have experience working on a wide variety of mechanical, residential, automotive, and maintenance projects.

My skills and services include, but are not limited to:

• Home repairs & maintenance (drywall, painting, doors, cabinets, trim, fixtures, furniture assembly, etc.)
• Plumbing (minor repairs, fixture replacement, faucets, toilets, leaks, etc.)
• Electrical & low-voltage work (fixtures, switches, outlets, wiring, equipment installation, etc.)
• Mechanical & automotive work (vehicle maintenance, mechanical repairs, small engines, etc.)
• Appliance installation & repair
• Exterior maintenance (pressure washing, minor concrete repair, landscaping, etc.)
• Pool maintenance (CPO Certified, #C-013237, exp. 11/30/2027)
• General installation & assembly (shelving, hardware, equipment, wall-mounted items, and more)

My labor rates start at $90/hour. Most projects are quoted at a flat rate based on the scope of work. Hourly pricing applies to time-and-materials jobs. Certain types of work, such as electrical, may have higher rates due to the additional safety risks, specialized tools, and expertise involved.

Materials and parts required for a project are added to the final invoice. I can also purchase and pick up materials on your behalf when needed.

I generally serve Austin and surrounding areas within approximately a 45-minute drive of Northeast Austin. Longer-distance projects may be considered depending on the scope of the work.

Some projects may require a licensed or specialized contractor and may be outside the scope of my services. If I don't feel a project is appropriate for me to undertake, I'll let you know before work begins.
